We serve to improve and enhance the end of life care experience.
Seasons Hospice Foundation works in very close partnership with AccentCare Hopsice (formerly Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care) for the benefit of the patients, their families, and the communities we serve to improve and enhance the end of life care experience. The Seasons Hospice Foundation supports requests from qualified hospices to fund wishes for hospice patients & families beyond what the hospice benefit can pay for in the states indicated. The Seasons Hospice Foundation wishes to bolster community education, provide special programs to the communities and lead research that helps the hospice and palliative care industry innovate and provide even better care around the entire country.
