Our Seasons Hospice Foundation families often wonder, “How will we ever thank you?” and “How can we honor our loved one?” Giving back honors your loved one and supports other families, which is all the thanks we need.
When you give to SHF, you help us continue to enrich lives. We treat the whole person and their loved ones in ways that touch the human spirit—adding days to life and life to days. Contributions to the Seasons Hospice Foundation, a 501(c)(3), non-profit community-based organization, are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

What your gift can do
Memorial Giving
Make a donation to Seasons Hospice Foundation in memory of your loved one. The Foundation will acknowledge your donation and notify the caregiver and/or person of your choice that you have made a gift. (Your gift amount will stay confidential).
In Honor
If you are honoring an employee, person or occasion, the foundation will acknowledge your donation and notify the special person that you have made a gift in honor of them and the occasion if applicable. (Your gift amount will stay confidential).
Support a Children’s Bereavement Camp
Children ages 5-17 in your area who have recently lost a loved one enjoy a healing and supportive atmosphere free of charge. You can sponsor a camper here!
