Making the decision to receive hospice services is a major step in the health care journey.
For patients and their loved ones, this becomes a sacred time to reflect on life stories, achievements, and last words before saying “goodbye”. At Seasons Hospice Foundation, we feel privileged to support patients and families on this journey. In collaboration with our community partners, this Saying Farewell: A Guide for End of Life Decision Making was created to assist patients and families achieve life closure and to help them prepare for all of the other decisions which lie ahead. Filled with information and resources, we hope that this guide will bring comfort and peace of mind.

Box Module
The Box module operates similarly to a column, acting as a container, but with more options. It utilizes either flexbox or grid, enabling the creation of intricate, fluid, and adaptable layouts. Boxes can be nested, stacked, and organized in both horizontal and vertical orientations. Modules inside of a box can be displayed horizontally as a row, or vertically as a column.
