Your donation helps to provide comfort to patients and families by providing essential needs and enriching lives. Through the Affinity Hospice Foundation, patients and families receive Legacy Projects, Acts of Kindness and Wish Fulfillment. Your generosity allows us to continue to offer these special programs to patients and their loved ones at no cost.
Volunteer
Volunteers are essential to excellent hospice care. Each Affinity Hospice location has volunteer roles essential to the work that we do from working with patients and families to administrative support.
