Our History
Seasons Hospice Foundation began in 2011 and hosted Camp Kangaroo for the first time in 2012. Through the dedication of our Board of Directors and employees, we continue to grow and touch more lives each year.
Seasons Foundation was Founded in 2011
In 2011 executives of then Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care established the Foundation because they wanted to further support hospice patients & families beyond the hospice benefit, bolster community education, provide special programs to the community that are not funded through reimbursement and fund research that helps the hospice and palliative care industry innovate and provide even better care. With a strong dedication to giving back to the community, these executives had a vision for the Foundation.
Where are we now?
We have grown! We have partnered with additional hospice organizations to ensure more patients and families have access to our programs. Together, with our partners, we work to improve and enhance end of life care and bereavement support for patients, families and the communities we serve.
Donations made to our partners are restricted and used to benefit the patients and families served by that organization.
