Our Mission
Even small acts and celebrations can have a profound impact on the lives of hospice patients and those closest to them. Seasons Hospice Foundation brings comfort to patients and families by providing essentials and enriching lives with fond, lasting memories. Our funds also support community education to increase awareness about the benefits of hospice, funding for special programs and applied research to improve the quality of hospice care. Extending beyond the borders of traditional healthcare, we treat the whole person and their loved ones in ways that touch the human spirit—adding days to life and life to days.
We serve to improve and enhance the end of life care experience.
Seasons Hospice Foundation works in very close partnership with hospice organizations across the United States. Together we work to improve and enhance end of life care and bereavement support for patients, families and the communities we serve.
Donations made to our partners are restricted and used to benefit the patients and families served by that organization.
Fulfilling our mission through the efforts of advocates
We are able to fulfill the mission of Seasons Hospice Foundation through the consolidated efforts of vital advocates: our leadership team, board of trustees and employee team, as well as our generous volunteers and donors.
