The Seasons Hospice Foundation Team

The Seasons Hospice Foundation team is dedicated to serving our hospice partners, patients and families. With a heart for hospice and a mind for fundraising and business, this team of three women has run Seasons Hospice Foundation together since 2018!

GISÈLE CROWE, President

Gisèle Crowe joined Seasons Hospice Foundation in 2016. With more than 25 years of fundraising experience, she has expanded the connections of the non-profit and lea fundraising and outreach efforts for all of our partners.

Gisèle has led fundraising efforts for non-profits all over the country, including the University of Alabama School of Medicine, The Cradle Foundation, and Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care. Gisele lives in Clive, Iowa with her husband and three daughters.

GABRIELLE TWO, Vice President, Operations

Gabrielle (Gaby) joined the Seasons Hospice Foundation in July of 2017. With a strong background in operations, communication and fundraising, Gaby ensures that we provide comfort and lasting memories to our growing number of patients and families.

Gaby has held various leadership roles at Rainbow Hospice and Palliative Care and The Cradle Society. Both organizations are in Illinois, where Gaby lives with her two sons.

REBECCA MARTIN, Development Manager

Rebecca joined SHF in 2018 and is responsible for all aspects of the donor database, including processing and acknowledging gifts, donor support calls and maintaining the integrity and consistency of all donor records.

Rebecca has significant experience in customer service and a heart for the mission of Hospice! She lives in Chicago and has two beloved dogs!
