It’s camp season! Truthfully, all year is camp season at Seasons Hospice Foundation since we host Camp Kangaroo all over the country. Miami, Michigan and Texas have already had weekends filled with support, healing and connection.

The summer brings Camp Kangaroo to Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, and Washington. Then we pause until October when Los Angeles and Florida (with camps in Broward, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Pinellas) round out the year.

Twelve camps in total for 2025…each one helping children journey through grief in a safe and supportive atmosphere. And each camp is free of charge to all children.

Know someone who might need our support?
The Camp Kangaroo program was created for bereaved children who have experienced the death of someone close to them. Since children experience grief in their own uniqu way, out campers may be at different stages of bereavement. As part of the registration process, our clinical team will complete an interview that will help our staff to meet each individual camper’s needs. CLICK HERE to register a camper
