Tree of Remembrance

A gift marks the love and joy that someone brought to our lives.

Gifts in memory or in honor of a loved one are an excellent way to cherish a special person or important event, while also helping other patients and their families. Seasons Hospice is placing a Tree of Remembrance in each of Seasons Hospice Inpatient Units* as a special place of remembrance and tribute to loved ones. This is a place where family and friends can remember their loved ones or pay tribute to a special Seasons Hospice employee or volunteer in recognition of their outstanding service.

As a lasting legacy to the memory of your loved one, their name can be printed on a leaf and added to our tree. They are available in three tribute levels:

• Copper Leaf - Gifts of $250
• Gold Leaf - Gifts of $500
• Platinum Leaf - Gifts of $1000

A limited number of the following dedications are also available:

• Dove dedication - Gift of $2500
• Tree Trunk dedication - Gift of $5000
• Room Donation – Gift of $10,000
• 2” x 6” panels printed and mounted next to a door on the unit. – Gifts of $10,000

The Seasons Tree of Remembrance is a special memorial.

Whether you choose a leaf, the tree trunk, our dove or a to dedicate a room, your honoree’s name will be held in a place of tribute in our Seasons Hospice Inpatient Unit, and you can be confident that your generous gift is used to enrich lives.

*(Tree of Remembrance Memorials are currently installed in Illinois, Michigan and Maryland)
