HONORING LIFE & GIVING HOPE
Eternal Mitzvah Fund
When people become ill, the small things matter the most – like sharing stories with loved ones, feeling comfortable at home, and knowing that support is available for their family.
Seasons Hospice Foundation helps hospice patients and their families by offering special programs that improve their quality of life.
Our Patient Wish Fulfillment program allows hospice patients to have their final wishes granted. Whether it is for assistance with an overdue utility bill or a basket of their favorite foods, we want our patients to feel safe and loved.
Our Camp Kangaroo program is a free bereavement camp for children who have suffered the death of a loved one.
Our Leaving a Legacy program offers unique ways for patients to celebrate their legacy and share their stories with their loved ones. It helps patients to know that they have made a difference in the world.
Our Eternal Mitzvah Fund honors the ultimate act of true kindness by providing an everlasting gift.
LILY’S MITZVAH PROJECT
Lily’s grandmother died on hospice services. She knew what it was like to lose someone special. For her Bat Mitzvah, Lily chose to fundraise for Seasons Hospice Foundation to support the Camp Kangaroo program in Michigan.
For my bat mitzvah project, I chose to donate to Seasons Hospice Foundation and Camp Kangaroo because I feel that it is important to provide comfort and support for patients and their families. My grandma was in a hospice center when she passed away so I have a personal connection to the importance of hospice centers and the care that hospice workers give their patients. The support system that Camp Kangaroo provides I think is just as important as well. I have seen similar situations in my community where children have lost family members, and to have the support and care provided by a program such as Camp Kangaroo can have a huge impact on the child and their family. —Lily Rosenberg (Age 14)

Together, we can honor life by giving hope to our hospice patients and families.
Jane was a 63 year old hospice patient living with her daughter and three grandchildren. The family could not afford to celebrate Hanukkah. With support from the Seasons Hospice Foundation, Jane was able to buy some small gifts and decorations to celebrate Hanukkah with her family.
